For critical low-level flying operation, the FreeFlight TRA3000 and TRA3500 Radar Altimeters, combined with the TRI40 Radar Indicators, provide the pilot with highly accurate altitude-above-ground-level information. The TRA3000 single antenna radar altimeter provides accurate 40-2,500 foot AGL Information and can be combined with the TRI40 Indicator for 28V aircraft. The TRA3500 dual antenna system for transportation-category aircraft provides accurate 0-2500 foot AGL Information. "Anti-hover" capability prevents altitude wandering while hovering in your helicopter. ARINC analog outputs allow seamless integration with other on-board equipment. The TR3500 is combined with the TRI40 indicator for 28V operation.

The TRI40 indicators provide important information when there are no visual landscape clues available. Both indicators display AGL and your preselected Decision Height with a bright LED readout and provides audible warning when you decend below decision height. The TRI40 also provides visual and audible gear-up warning when the aircraft is below 100 ft AGL and trip-point output for additional pilot alerts.
