Honeywell Bendix King Crown
Drawn from a legacy of leadership, the Honeywell King Crown Series started with a vision of what affordable panel-mounted avionics should be.
First of all, they should be reliable. They should perform well, day in and day out, in normal flight operations as well as through adverse conditions.
They should be easy to use. While pilots appreciate the capability offered by advanced features, they also recognize the virtues of simplicity. So an advanced series of compact avionics should limit cockpit clutter as it reduces pilot workload.
Finally, they should deliver value. They should offer a ratio of price to performance unmatched in the aviation industry, using every advance in electronic design technology to give you the performance you expect at the low cost you demand.
Of course, after Honeywell met these standards, they didn't stop there. They also made sure that the Honeywell King Crown Series would look good in your panel, whether you fly a production aircraft or a brand new kitplane, a fixed-wing model or a rotorcraft.
Honeywell developed a special "over the counter"sales and installation policy for homebuilders and other do- it- yourselfers.
And when Honeywell backed the King Crown Series avionics with the same famous "no-hassle" warranty offered on their other systems, they knew you'd share their confidence in them.
All Honeywell Bendix King Crown Series Avionics are supplied with mounting tray, installation kit, and installation/operating manual. All units come with a 2 year factory warranty.
Make your avionics installations quicker and more simplified by purchasing a fully tested wiring harness. Wiring avionics requires special tools, specific materials, and experienced technicians to be done in accordance with manufacturers specifications. Severe damage can be caused by improper wiring which voids the manufacturers warranty. Let our expert technicians provide you with a harness to aid in your installation. All harnesses are labeled for easy identification and assembly of the mounting tray is included. Antenna leads are terminated with BNC connectors and all critical points are strain relieved and laced appropriately. Heat shrink is applied on all exposed joints.
For multiple avionics interfacing please e-mail us for pricing. Multiple radio packages require specific wiring lengths and additional parts which have to be quoted out. The prices listed are for individual radio installations.
