The Ultimate Door Seal

Nothing else to buy! Deluxe Electric Ultimate Door Seal (in photo) system uses piston type electric compressor with pressure limit switch to maintain inflation of door seal during flight. Unit is fully automatic. Requires no electrical load analysis.

Inflatable door seal is extruded from a non-biodegradable, high-grade silicone composite. Meets or exceeds federal specifications ZZ-R-765B class A Grade 50. Operational temperature range is -70 to +500°F. Designed to replace the old existing door seal on the aircraft. The special ribbed construction is designed to compensate for cabin frame irregularities, thus eliminating water leakage when not inflated on the ground and air leakage while inflated in flight.

Three systems available:

The Ultimate Seal compensates for ill fitting doors and in-flight door movement, thus keeping a positive seal to reduce the high pitched wind noise that causes fatigue, anxiety and progressive hearing loss.

The Deluxe Manual door seal is a simple system with a hand held manometer bulb mounted with permanently coiled hose, mounting bracket, and panel mounted air flow control valve.

The Economy Manual system is completely self contained with thumbscrew air control valve mounted on manometer bulb. Storage bracket mounts on door requiring no hoses or wires to be run for its installation.

Kit contains everything for installation, including bonding agent.
