The SDB-800 combines all of the great features of the SPA-400 / 600 intercom series into a dual audio panel environment. This allows the pilot and copilot to operate separate radio systems independently and have the convenience of voice activated intercabin communication simultaneously.

Compact and Lightweight

The SDB-800 system consists of two modified SPA-400 units with their own operating controls and radio interface. An interconnect line allows communication between the two units while keeping VHF audio systems separate. Reversible face plates are included for either vertical or horizontal mounting, circular mounting plates are also available. All hardware needed for installation, including jack kit and a pre-wired harness, is included. Each unit is only 4” x 2.5” x 1” in size and weighs 4.5 oz. for the chassis, and 5.5 oz. with jacks and wiring.

Sigtronics two place Sport 200 and Sport 200 S Intercoms are designed specifically for Light-Sport and Ultralight aircraft. Tested at ambient noise levels of up to 120 decibels, Sigtronics Sport series intercoms will outperform all other intercoms on the market.

Dual Mode Operation
Two modes of operation, vice activated squelch and push to intercom – perfect for open cockpit aircraft, give the Sport 200 intercoms maximum flexibility and performance. To this Sigtronics added special internal circuitry to optimize the intercoms for the most demanding high noise environments.

Stereo Music
If you like to listen to music when you fly, then the Sport 200 S Stereo is for you. Use Satellite Radio, MP3 or CD players as your audio source with stereo headsets for true stereo sound. With full or partial music muting for intercom and full mute for radio reception and transmission, you will be able to enjoy your music and never miss a radio call.

Compact Size
Thanks to their small size only a 1" by 2.5" panel space will be needed. For even more convenience you can mount the intercoms horizontally or vertically. All hardware including headphone and microphone jacks are included with easy to install intercoms.

The SAS-440 is the only panel mounted intercom with an automatic squelch circuit on the market. The recently introduced SAS-440 virtually eliminates the need to constantly readjust the squelch during flight, offering an increased level of safety and convenience to the pilot. Just one touch of the squelch button and the intercom sets itself to work perfectly in the quietest or noisiest aircraft.

The SAS-440 has radio priority to assure that the only voice heard by air traffic control is that of the crew. The intercom also has pilot isolate, which allows the pilot to be uninterrupted by passenger conversation during critical phases of flight.

The SAS-440 supports as many as four headset positions. The reversible face plate included allows for mounting either vertically or horizontally, taking up only 2 1/2 sq inches of panel space. FAA TSO approval pending. All hardware needed for installation including prewired harness included.

The STS-440/STS-640 offer full stereo versions of the SAS-440/SAS-640 auto squelch intercoms with up to six headset positions. These units accept input from a CD player, Cassette player, AM/FM stereo receiver or Walkman. Music is muted when the VHF/COM is transmitting or receiving or when speaking on the intercom. Passengers can also be put on uninterrupted music if they so desire. The STS-440 supports as many as four headset positions, while the STS-640 will support up to six headset positions. Sigtronics pioneered the voice activated intercom market in 1974 and continues to deliver value and performance today in the FAA TSO approved SPA-400/600 intercom series. The SPA-4S is a 2 or 4 place voice activated intercom with stereo music inputs. It is a small, compact system designed to fit in space critical panels. It uses the Sigtronics fast on/ slow off squelch. Music fully mutes during ATC communication, partial mutes during Intercom communications. Complete with all mounting hardware, Jacks, two 4-foot wiring harnesses. Dimension: 1" x 2.5" x 4", mounts horizontally or vertically. Voltage: 11-32 Vdc. Use with Stereo or Monaural headsets. The SPA-400N is designed specifically for experimental aircraft, ultralights, warbirds, helicopters and other high noise aircraft. Home built aircraft typically have very high horsepower to weight ratio with high noise as a result. Tested by Sigtronics at ambient noise levels between 115-120 dB, the SPA-400 high noise intercom outperforms all other intercoms on the market, panel mounted as well as portable.

These units come with a "push to intercom" feature which allows the pilots to press switches to activate the intercom instead of voice activation when desired. The SPA-400N intercom supports up to four headsets while the SPA-600N will support up to six headsets. All hardware needed for installation, including prewired harness included.
