Zyglo, long accepted as the standard industrial penetrant test detects cracks, pores, leaks and other defects open to the surface in solids - metallic or otherwise. Under the high-intensity Zyglo Black Light you see cracks and defects as glowing signals - even ones you'd miss entirely by any other penetrant test method. The test is quick, easy and positive. The Portable 100-watt Black Light supplied with the kit is unique in high-intensity black light output. With this intense black light and the extremely bright Zyglo Family Penetrants, defects glow brilliantly in normally lighted area. Specify Zyglo and you get increased inspection efficiency and accuracy at a remarkably low cost. Kit consists of 2 cans ZL-22A Zyglo Family Penetrant, 2 cans ZP-9B Developer, 1 pint ZP-4B Dry Developer, 3 cans SKC-NF/ZC-7B Cleaner/Remover, and a portable 100-watt Black Light (115 AC., 60 Hz).
